We currently offer shipping to all over world. If you don't see your country or region listed, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 6 to 7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery time may vary based on location. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for international deliveries.
Shipping times may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, and other delays by shipping carriers.
4. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over 2999. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of 299 will be applied at checkout.
- International Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the order. You will be able to see the exact shipping fee at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking number so you can track your order's journey.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, certain factors may cause delays. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, customs, or holidays.

8. Change of Shipping Address

9. Missing or Lost Orders
If you suspect your order has been lost, please contact us at vishal@renbirx.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. Please note that once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for any lost packages.
