Cancellation Policy

At RENBIRX, we understand that plans can change. Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation within 24 hours

Cancellation requests received within 24 hours may be accepted, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

After 24 hours

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched.

Orders already dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled through the cancellation request process. Customers should refer to the applicable return policy, if the order is eligible for return.

Refunds

For an approved cancellation, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method, subject to the payment provider's processing timelines.
